LUXURY FLORIDA VILLA FOR RENT

PAYMENT: A deposit of £100.00 per week is payable at the time of booking. Your final payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival at Westridge. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking. This will be held against any loss, damage or breakage to the holiday villa or its contents of for any excess cleaning costs during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded to you in full, subject to the keys to the holiday villa having been returned and subject to our receiving a satisfactory report from our management company.

CANCELLATION: In the event that you have to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:-

• More than 8 weeks - the deposit is forfeited
• Between 8 and 5 weeks - 50% of the total rental forfeited
• Less than 5 weeks - 100% of the total rental forfeited

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid within 8 weeks of departure.

Should circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel your booking, we will, where possible, offer alternative accommodation. Should this prove unacceptable to you, we will refund all monies paid. No compensation will be paid.

LIABILITY: During your stay we do not accept any liability whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, death, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.

The owners and owner's agents cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any other events beyond their control).

INSURANCE: It is advisable you take out your own holiday insurance.
